Nice article ! But I am used to of reading news in the morning . I grew up in India and there we still get newspapers in every morning in our houses . I am used to of reading news in the morning after I wake up with my cup of tea . Now , I live in States and due to Digitization I read news online . Not sure how can I apply this one hour rule of no screen time . But good article 😀
